The single origin India Bartchinhulla Estate is produced on a small farm in South Manjarabad. The coffee is harvested carefully to get the right kind of ripened fruits and the pulping is done based on the temperature, so that the result is excellent. The washing has been done to perfection after that with clean water and sun drying after that by covering the coffee when the outside temperature is higher especially during midday.
Manjarabad is one of the best coffee grower areas in India. Located in the southwest, it is well known for the high quality of the Arabica. The gentle sloping terrain with small streams and coffee plants provide a natural habitat for the jungle fowl, the local bird that is that areas logo.
